We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights, asked numerous times to wipe off dust, however, not once the dust was wiped off. The shower door was very hard to open and close. The staff overall seemed nice and helpful. I would work more on their housekeeping services.

The rooms are super tiny. I missed the memo when booking; otherwise, I would have stayed somewhere else for the price that I paid. I will say that the front desk was accommodating, and we were able to move into a slightly bigger room. However, I think potential bookers should be aware that the Moxy mostly has smaller, compact rooms. That might not be an issue for solo travelers or people who plan to be out and about, but for my partner and me, we prefer a little more space. Otherwise, the Moxy is a decent establishment. The housekeeping service and staff communications could be a bit quicker and more efficient, but overall, it's not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. This is my honest review.

Excellent rooms, fairly quiet during our stay just some late night honking Friday or Saturday night. I was impressed with modern rooms and comfort level, great room service every day and unbeatable location. Only 1-3 train stops from some of the best areas of Manhattan and convenient train access to most of the club areas in Bushwick.
