Check in was easy and instructions on how to access rooms and the building were thorough and clear. Staff was very polite and kept areas clean. Check out was easy process. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. The shared spaces (kitchens, bathrooms) we're always clean. I didn't get to experience the open backyard space, but I'm sure it falls right in line with the other shared spaces. The room I rented was very clean too. The only standout was the armoire - it was getting of age and not able to hold my clothes on hangers as it was shifting sideways to fall/collapse. I recommend this place for solo travels, especially last minute travels that are in need of something highly affordable.

The thing that I missed the most was the ability to control the room temperature other than opening/closing the window since it had a heater but didn't have an ac. Otherwise, everything was really good, even the shared bathroom.
