With 2 full beds, full bathroom including shower and bathtub, kitchenette with full dining table, and a spacious living room with tv and a large comfy couch. There is wifi throughout, fitness equipment, board games, and also a coffee bar for guests to enjoy a marvelous and enjoyable stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our beautiful home.

Please note, in accordance with NYC short-term rental laws, this is a shared unit, where our family lives full-time. We will be present in the unit and sharing common areas with you during the stay. There is legal access to the unit for both us and our guests, but we do ask that guests respect our privacy and we will respect yours. We keep a quiet household and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum as well.

Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval. Maximum 2 guests at any time.
