Gorgeous Modern 3-story Brownstone Two Blocks from the Barclays Center!
Spacious, large 4BR, 2.5 bathroom 3-story brownstone home. Great location in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, centrally located and close to all subways, on a tree-lined street.
Home is fully equipped with a chef's kitchen (including 6-burner Blue Star stove, dishwasher, and island), washer/ dryer in the unit, baby grand piano, large dining room table perfect for celebrations, and roof deck. Bottom floor is large living room with high ceilings, half bathroom, and large eat in kitchen. Second floor is three bedrooms (one large bedroom with a king-sized bed and desk, another with a queen-sized bed, and the third with a day bed that we use as a yoga room, but can be a room for one or we can add a very comfortable air mattress, and a full bath). Top floor is the very large master suite with a king-sized bed and full bathroom (with bidet!), and roof deck with gas grill.
