When I arrived at the hotel, the named had changed to Madison LES Hotel and no one wrote to let me know. I did find this very strange. The room was tiny. I could barely fit between the bed and the bathroom. The breakfast was OK for hotel food. You can hear from the room the people outside in the halls and TV from rooms next door.

Double room was too small for even ONE occupant, no closet, no table or chair; we had to squeeze by each other. Very disappointed for the price - NEVER AGAIN!!!

My Go To Hotel

This is my go to hotel close to the Little Italy and China town. Hotel has a great staff even after hours. Good service and the room is very clean.

Tiny rooms

We were 4 people in our room and it is extremely small. No drawers to put clothes on, no closet, no safe for personal belongings. Too crowded. Staff were really nice though, good location since it is near a subway station but not a very pretty area. And our next door neighbors didn’t respect the no smoking policy, always smelled like weed 🙄

Just a small room but other than that its all perfect for me, staff , cleanliness. I love the rain shower with strong water pressure. Free Breakfast is terrific. The furnishing is great. Lightings is awesome. Transportation is good just a walking distance to subway and there is a bus that pass by the hotel going to downtown and midtown Manhattan. I thought it is pricey but having stayed there for 3 nights I am very impressed. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean hotel

The hotel was well priced for New York, was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issue was the thickness of the walls, which we found when our next door neighbors returned back to their room drunk at 3.30am!

Lovely hotel

Me and my husband just wanted to sneak away from reality so we booked a night in this comfort inn. It was nice and cleaned very well. We had a lovely evening and to make it even better we had a great complementary breakfast. Definitely staying again.

Very nice place.

Have no complaints. Very clean and cozy room. The breakfast was actually pretty good. It wasn't a 5 star breakfast but it was more than just the usual muffin and banana breakfast at most places. Highly recommend.

Would stay here again!

We arrived prior to check-in because of our flight, but the staff was very accommodating in holding our bags for us until the room was ready and recommended a nearby restaurant for food while we waited. We had an issue with one of our bags from our flight and the front desk helped in working with the airline to ensure it was delivered to the hotel as soon as possible. Our room was very clean and warm (which was fantastic coming out of the frigid NYC air) each day and the staff setup the pack and play in our room for us as they knew we were travelling with our 7-month-old.
