I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM. We arrived at 2:30 PM with a 10-month-old baby and a 6-year-old child. We understood that our room might not be ready before check-in time, so we waited. However, at 4:00 PM we were told the room was still not ready. We didn’t receive our room until 6:00 PM. When we finally entered the room, we immediately discovered that the toilet was clogged and completely unusable. Every time we flushed, it overflowed. We called the front desk right away, expecting the issue to be resolved immediately or to be moved to another room. Instead, we were told that nothing could be done until the next day. As a result, my family of four—including a baby and a young child—had to use the gym restroom for the rest of the day, throughout the night, and the following morning. To make matters worse, the gym bathroom was very dirty. The next day, around 12:00 PM, the “solution” they offered was to move us to another room that wouldn’t be ready until 4:00 PM—and that room only had ONE bed for four people. Completely unacceptable. We declined, and only then did they send someone to repair the toilet. It wasn’t fixed until around 5:00 PM the following day. The way this situation was handled was a complete disaster. At nearly $1,000 per night, this level of service is shocking. There was no sense of urgency, no concern for our family, and no effort to provide a reasonable solution.
