We had a great stay at the Pelican. Lots of places to eat, shop, and relax in the area. We could walk to Flagler and the beach and pool was great. We would stay there again in the future.

Overall a good spot with quick access to the beach and pool. It’s farther away from the bars/restaurants in the main part of NSB as we thought we could walk there (30 minute walk). Unit is a bit smaller than what appears in the photos for bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room area and patio are nice sized. It was very quiet and overall would recommend.
