Great off beach location. Walking distance from most of the area, dining shopping and bars. Convenient to go out for coffee or a drink and then come back and float in the pool. Some days we drove down and paid to park at the beach, and sometimes we walked the 3 blocks. House was a 100 yr old cottage and beachy cute. Tight spaces but slept 10 family members just fine. Lovely pool deck area connecting the main house and smaller cottage/casita. Casita was perfect for the elders that needed less noise and the stairs of the main house. We plan to stay again.

A time to relax

Nat was wonderful. I do wish the property we rented had tvs in the bedrooms. There was only one tv and it was in the living room . There was only 1 couch and it was hard for all 9 of us sitting around watching a 32 inch tv in the living room.

Fantastic location!

Our 2 families from the uk stayed here as we were attending a family wedding. We booked for 10 so we used the small cottage too. The big house was very clean and really nicely decorated inside. Its an old house with a lot of character which we loved. The outside area was great and the house was in a perfect location for enjoying Flagler Avenue and the beach.The small cottage was clean inside, however we found the outside area to be in need of a good clean. The verandah and furniture on it were dirty and dusty and made our clothes dirty when we leant against them. I appreciate its close to the road and things get dusty but this hadn't been cleaned in a good while!I don't like to complain because everything else was great! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent location

My family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in NSB. It was perfect for walking to everything on Flagler. We also rented the pool house and that was nice to have an extra bathroom, bedroom and hide a bed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

Stayed in New Smyrna Beach for the Daytona 500 race weekend. Nice easy check in process and was allowed to enter the property a little early as requested. Nice three bedroom property and cottage house with an extra king size bed. Each house is clean, nicely stocked with essentials. Pool area was clean and the adjacent parking spots were convenient. Would definitely stay again

Great stay!

Nice escape for a family gathering. Loved being just a block from Flagler Ave shops, restaurants etc. Beach just 10 minute walk! Pool and patio between the big and little houses was a perfect setup for outdoor fun and picnics. We had a great stay.

Beautiful Venue and Fantastic Location

Beautiful location and property. We rented both the house and cottage. Perfect! It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and extremely responsive to our needs! It is a perfect location within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on Flagler. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! Thank you Natasja!

Perfect location

We had a good time. The location was great and the kids all really enjoyed the pool. The pictures we felt were misleading as the rooms were much smaller than they looked on line. Communication was very good. Having to have all the towels washed before leaving was very inconvenient for early departure.

Accomodating

Roomy, spacious for family to meet in house as well as the pool area. Great location within walking distance to lots of activities on Flagler. Location was ideal for all we needed..food, beach, stores and the wedding venue which was reason for our trip.

Charming historic cottage

Love the pool and the location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, even with its proximity to Flagler. It did have the common quirks of an older property. Doors didn’t close all of the way. Drains were slow. Etc. The property did have a nest system to control the temperature in the house. It was set at 72’ and required a pin to change it, we were not always the most comfortable.

Amazing stay in NSB

Our family stayed here for a week to celebrate my sister in laws wedding. It was the perfect house for a large group, including a toddler. Great location to everything NSB has to offer. We loved the outside area and the pool. Natasja was super responsive when we had internet issues and fixed it quickly. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the listing included details about a high chair in the kitchen and a pack n play since I rented these same items for a week. Overall, we had the perfect week!

Had a Great Stay in New Smyrna Beach

My fiancee's birthday came up and she wanted to spend it with her kids who all live out of state from us. We decided a beach vacation was perfect. Communication with Natasja was fantastic. The house was perfect for our needs. It is just a few blocks from the beach but for me the pool was perfect. We got to spend a few days with family and friends and the trip was amazing. The house and accommodations were everything we needed and wanted. I definitely will look into staying here again in the future. Thank you.
