Esta casa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño junto a la playa ha sido recientemente renovada y se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y de la histórica avenida Flagler. Estás a una corta distancia a pie de restaurantes, tiendas, bares y la mejor playa de Florida. La casa tiene una sala de estar de buen tamaño con un gran sofá para ver televisión, o simplemente relajarse y leer un libro después de la playa. La cocina completa tiene todo lo que necesita si le gusta cocinar y también una mesa para cenar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king junto con un televisor de pantalla plana y un montón de espacio en el escritorio y el armario.
El baño completo tiene ducha y bañera y se encuentra en el pasillo al lado de las dos habitaciones. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos y mucho espacio de guardarropas. El porche trasero está cerrado con su propia lavadora y secadora nuevas, y una vista al patio trasero cerrado. Para asar a la parrilla o simplemente relajarse después de un largo día. Ven y relájate y disfruta de este hermoso pedazo de paraíso.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we can not wait to go back. This house is in the perfect location with the beach just a block away and Flagler Ave right around the corner. The fenced in backyard is perfect for our dogs (Minus the burrs lol) and they added a second bathroom which is so helpful when vacationing with two teenage girls. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Perfect for walking to town

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. We came down to visit Embry Riddle college… hope to stay again

Great Proximity to Beach & Flagler Ave

Just a brief walk to the beach and Flagler Ave made this a great spot. The house could use some updating but it was as advertised and we had no issues and a nice stay. It’s a bit loud at night being adjacent to one of the downtown pubs/eateries but worth it for the location!

Love this place !

This is our second stay and we can wait to book another visit. This place is perfectly located to the beach and all the action on Flagler The backyard is an oasis for our pup. Everything you need is located in the house. It is definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting our family in Edgewater!!

This was the perfect location in New Smyrna Beach! We felt right at home when we walked in the door! The location was amazing! The lock box was a little tricky but 5 stars all around! We will definitely be back!

The house was in a perfect location....seconds to Flagler. Accommodations were adequate and the beds were comfy. Cindy was an excellent communicator and took care of questions and concerns. We will return.

Great location

Just what we needed for us and our two puppies. Located near everything we wanted to do. Close to my niece and her family, restaurants, shops and the New Smyrna Beach Dunes dog park. Nice having a fenced in yard for the puppies. Glad we had a washer and dryer to use.

Location, location, location!

A short walk to Flagler Ave and the beach. Restaurants are convenient along with fun shops to please everyone’s likes! Watched the Mardi Gras parade and enjoyed it very much! My only request is it would be nice to have a couple of beach chairs available to use on the beach.

Perfect Getaway

This house has it all. Very clean, fully stocked, and close to all the hot spots in New Smyrna!! I was on a working vacation so I couldn't enjoy the sites much, but my daughter and husband easily walked to Flagler Ave every day for food and shopping. The backyard was perfect for our dog to play and enjoy his vacation Definitely will be our go to place to stay everytime we visit my parents!!

Labor Day Get a way

We made this booking as a last minute reservation for Labor Day weekend. It worked out great. Close to all the action on Flagler ave and short walk to beach. Small house but ample room for everyone.

Walking distance to beach and restaurants

Property was as described. This is a typical Florida block house across the street from the beach. There are several restaurants within an easy walk. The street is right behind Flagler Ave , so it’s pretty busy at times. Only had a couple of days where it was noisy, otherwise, it was surprisingly quiet. Would stay again
