The condo was conveniently located and had a nice view of the ocean. It does need some updating. The living room couch was too soft and swallowed us up when we sat in it. The master bed however was very comfortable. I would update some of the cooking utensils as some of them appeared to have dried food or rust on them. The updated appliances were nice. We were lead to believe the washer and dryer would be in the unit but it was not. It is on the floor for all tenants/renters to use. The front door swelled when it rained making it hard to open and close. The key pad system on the front door didn’t lock every time. We sometimes had to try our code several times in order for it to actually lock. If you need to communicate with the property manager, you should call them instead of messaging them as I messaged a couple times and never received a response. For the price, it was ok but definitely needs updating.
