Location, location, location!

I was glad that I spent the extra time on VRBO finding this perfect spot, with a balcony overlooking the sea so close that I felt I could just jump down into the waves at high tide (I didn't!). The apartment is small but clean and bright, and quiet during our stay. It felt like old Florida, just 3 stories. Those who prefer more posh accommodations might be turned off by the crumbling exterior (peeling stucco) but we didn't mind it. Walking distance to some good food options and a short drive to Flagler, etc.

Dirty bathroom and floors

Patio floor peeling off no covering on floor above ours. Body hair on bathroom floor, paint splatters all over voffee table and furniture.
