Unfortunately the beach was blocked off as it was being restored. We did get an email regarding the possible closure, but it was too late to make any changes. It was not mentioned in the email that these crews work 24 hours a day. So, the moving of giant pipes & sounds of tractors, especially when going in reverse, was pretty much constant. Otherwise, condo was clean and as expected from the listing.

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was super. The condo has everything you need to relax and unwind. Beautiful views right on the water!Side note… there is construction going on so access to the beach is currently through the neighboring condo association.

Visiting a cousin on Smyrna Beach

We had a great time, swimming in the ocean and the swimming pools. Relaxing on the beach in the hot sun. It was easy to drive around the city and up and down the coast. There were lots of fine restaurants nearby.

We will definitely be back…soon!

We booked this property for our 35th anniversary and it exceeded all our expectations! We found it to be clean, spacious, extremely quiet, and well maintained. The view from the balcony (pictures don’t do it justice) made it a favorite hang-out and we highly recommend it for coffee and watching the sunrise. Every communication with the management was professional, helpful and courteous. We are looking forward to booking another trip in the near future…highly recommend!

Great location and great view…the property is getting banged up a bit as we’ve noticed over the last couple years. Couch is dirty and unit was very musty smelling, first bathroom tub won’t drain. We love the location but don’t think we’ll return because the unit cleanliness was noticeably going down in our view/experince.

Wonderful place. Clean and neat. Wish there were blinds on the windows in the living room and a hard copy book of the rules and regulations of the property. Otherwise a perfect place.

Breathtaking views!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views can’t be beat, and the location is wonderful as well. There are plenty of things to do and wonderful restaurants to explore and enjoy. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was very, very quiet. Extra touches such as boogie boards, an umbrella and beach chairs were provided and much appreciated! We had a wonderful time in the water and enjoying this beautiful beach along with this wonderful gem of a property!

Beautiful and Clean!

Loved our stay at this beautiful, well maintained condo. All the applicances newer and work, everything was clean, clean, clean. The view of the ocean/beach from the windows and balcony is amazing. Did not want to leave! Communication from owners outstanding. Will definitely visit again! Thank you!

Beach condo

Everything was great! There was a bag of dirty laundry left behind by the previous tenants,so we just set them outside. We were a little bummed about not having beach access due to construction, but that was explained prior to staying. Great place though with wonderful veiws!

Perfect Gals Getaway Stay + Awesome Ocean Views !!!

Decor was cute and looked as expected from the VRBO posting. Comfy main area, updated kitchen, and ample seating for all 5 of us. :) The Ocean Views were terrific and we enjoyed them from up high until low tide and then we all hit the beach for a long walk and shell collecting. Terrific area restaurants close by, the locals ( even a week after hurricane flooding) were kind, gracious and happy to see visitors in the area - and we were very happy to be there! Would recommend this rental - two thumbs up.

Everything was fine except for the bathroom rugs. They were so disgusting filthy that we went out and purchased extra towels to lay on the bathroom floors.
