Fantastic experience! Our hostess was awesome--she went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and share her knowledge of the area:) The townhome was very comfortable for the two of us and when our family of four visited us--plenty of room. Terrific accommodations with necessities shared with us and very clean. Wonderful location close to the beach and near so many fun activities and dinning experiences. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked it again!

Winter Getaway

We loved our 2 month stay in New Smyrna Beach. This property is tastefully decorated and very bright and welcoming. The kitchen contains a nice assortment of cookware, storage containers and china. There were extra bed linens and plenty of towels with plenty of pillows but it would have been nice to have a few softer ones. There is a private patio with a grill, propane heater and lots of extras. The one drawback was the YouTube TV. It’s difficult to local or live tv. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay and would definitely rent this property in the future.

Best vacation ever!

This condo is located in a perect location, just blocks from the 27th avenue beach access and close to several walking trails. So many restaurants and bars, as well as shopping are also located near by. The condo is equipped with anything and everything we could possibly need for our month long stay. Communication with Louisa was easy, and she went over and beyond to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. We hated to leave, and look forward to returning in the near future!

Wonderful stay in NSB

Our stay at Molly's Place was wonderful. We felt right at home. Louisa is very helpful for anything you may need. The condo is well stocked, spotless, comfortable and quiet. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed the patio, it is very quiet and private. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
