Excellent! Kitchen has everything you need, plus a nice coffee machine, and coffee pods. House was very clean with the at the home feel. So many extra accessories, a sweet thoughtful welcome basket of treats, I would definitely recommend this cute place. The owners are super nice and so thoughtful!

Just what we needed

The place was nice and convenient. We sold our home and needed a place to stay to let the kids finish out school. Beds were comfortable and the bath tub was perfect with the water heating up fast. With any communication to property owner, there was fast responses.

A really nice place to stay

A very nice, very clean place to stay. There were lots of extra touches and amenities that I wish all rentals had. My only wish was that it was closer to St. Francisville. That’s obviously not the owners problem, it was mine because I thought it was closer than it actually was. Again, I didn’t research it enough so that completely my fault.If you are looking for a really nice, really clean place to stay with above average amenities, this is the place for you. If you are going to visit St. Francisville and stay here just know it’s a 20 minute drive. After staying here though I will say it was worth the extra drive to get to town.

Sweet reprieve from the daily grind.

Enjoyed my stay more than I deserved. After being in the town for business, it was nice to come "home" to a relaxing and clean environment where I could unwind from the chaos. Thank you for making my time with you a place I'd like to return to.

So many things we loved about this townhouse—the location, the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels! We came to New Roads for a girls trip and it was the perfect venue for the three of us. Highly recommend!

Perfect for what we needed

The property was cute and very convenient for our needs. We were getting work done on our house. The location allowed for my oldest to still ride the bus to school, which allowed me to get the youngest to school on time as well. There was plenty of space to have our family spread out. The water was great with the hot water working very nicely. The bath tub was amazing. Ac worked perfectly.

Amazing stay!

This home is super cute, spotless, and welcoming! The beds were soft and I feel asleep fast! I was new to this part of LA so I didn't know what to expect, and this town is wonderful! It felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends!

A Very Nice Townhouse

My wife and I were here only 2 days for a wedding. It is a very nice, cozy 2 bedroom townhouse. It was very clean, quiet, and would be perfect for a couple or a family of 4. All of the basic amenities are there. The bed was extremely comfortable. A selection of designer toiletries and hair products was also provided. The welcoming snack treat basket was appreciated after our long trip to get there. Relatives that stayed at the local Best Western wished that they would have booked Madison de Ville before we did.

We only spent one night as we were traveling through Louisiana. The place was comfortable, clean and had nice touches. Most importantly, it had everything that we needed and we really appreciated the coffee, bottled water and snacks! Thank you for a good night sleep on our long journey. New Roads is also a really cute town. We enjoyed the restaurants and looking at the beautiful homes.

Wonderful place!

Thanks so much Stephanie for going above and beyond! The townhouse was great! Very clean and spacious! We were able to check in early because our daughter arrived early after traveling at night with a baby! She provided snacks and coffee, which was so thoughtful! Very close to everything!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks again for everything!!!
