The toilet did not work and no one came to fix until 4 hours prior. the air conditioner with frozen so not air flowed. The grill did not work and all they did is replace the propane tank when i explained the tubing was broken.

There were a lot of tiny problems that were adding up. First when we arrived we were having trouble getting in but your maintenance man was extremely nice and helpful and helped us out. Second when we got in none of the tv remotes worked as they all had dead batteries or no batteries at all! Third around 9 pm the AC shut off and would not turn back on which made the cabin 81 degrees as we tried to sleep and it was very uncomfortable. Lastly some little things like the toilet paper holder was loose and couldn't even hold a roll of toilet paper. It was a lot of little things that added up over just one night.
