Everything was great ! Room was clean ! Staff was courteous and gave us early check in and late check out ! Never hurts to ask ! The breakfast room was lovely with the fireplace and piano. Glass dishes and real silverware ! Cookies were served in the evening ! Pool was somewhat warm. Hot tub hot & spacious ! The artwork hanging was enjoyable to look at. Beautiful, welcoming atmosphere everywhere we went. I think the decor in the rooms vary and will forewarn the beautiful beds have foot boards that go beyond the mattress and are directly in line with where you walk. (see pic). I'm quite certain my toe is broken. Front desk didn't seem to care to hear about it. I've gone from 1 bruised toe to 4 and a swollen bruised foot I can barely walk on. Also we were disappointed with the fact temps went above freezing & had snow thawing above that soaked the VERY nicely furnished balcony. With a proper overhang I'd think that could be avoided. No way you'll sit on it during or after even a small summer rain. Overall a 10 ! Beware of the ouchy bedposts that are literally in your path !
