There are four designer bedrooms to comfortably sleep your whole group. Each bedroom features thoughtfully chosen decor and high-end linens so you can return to a relaxing oasis after your days of exploring the city.
The Banana Leaf bedroom features a comfortable king-sized Doorman bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a dual vanity.
The second bedroom is affectionately named The Pink Bedroom contains a comfortable four-poster bed and features soft pink walls and hues throughout the room, living up to the name.
Downstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a desk, perfect for any guests who need to get some work done during their stay. Finally, the fourth bedroom contains two twin beds and colorful accents to liven up the room.
Aside from the ensuite bathroom, there is one full bathroom upstairs and another on the main level, each with a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. All three full baths are stocked with fresh towels and hair dryers for your convenience.

Beautiful home well equipped and comfy!

We wanted a place for a quick Mother’s Day long weekend with our 20 something kids. This house was gorgeous inside, lots of special amenities including luxury linens and towels. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The house is walking distance to Magazine Street and a short drive from downtown. Hosts were super responsive and helpful with ideas and suggestions. We had a fabulous time! Thank you for sharing your lovely property.

Wonderful house, in a great location

Overall we loved the house and the location. We arrived the week after Mardi Gras. So while the house was clean, it was a little worn. The couch was broken (held up by books), and the toilet and towel hangers were hanging off the walls. Lots of scuffs on the walls. Assuming that all gets fixed I'd 100% recommend this house and stay there again.

We had a great time enjoying New Orleans parades with our kids. There were a few faucets that weren’t working and towel racks falling out of the Sheetrock but otherwise the house was very nice, powerful fans, and very clean.

Great house in uptown.

Nice house in uptown. A few blocks from magazine street shopping and restaurants. Looks new inside. Room for two cars. King, queen and two twins upstairs with two baths. Walkin shower is upstairs. Queen with tub shower downstairs. Very nice for our teens. Stairs were steep for older family. All the amenities! Beautiful kitchen with seating for 12+ at table and bar. Host was provided recommendations and had the house stocked!

This is a great newer uptown propery. It's clean and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There are places to eat and drink within walking distance. The owner is responsive and courteous. Highly recommended.

6 adults visiting for a weekend. The house is new, and the location is great. Very quiet at night (rare find for NOLA). Short walk to magazine and easy Uber to the quarter. We were super comfortable. Would be great for kids too with the way the bedrooms are set up. Host was quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend!

Uptown Friends, Family & Fun

Uptown Fun was a lovely home to stay in. Ages of our guests were 72, 36,37, 4 yo, 2yo and 18months. We spent 3 days going to Audubon Zoo, Storyland and catching up with old friends. Kid Related Info -Playground 1/2 block away -Zoo, Storyland, children’s museum are all a short drive away or street car -Closet in main bedroom is large enough to fit a pack n play or travel crib, great for infants who need pitch black sleeping. -No kid related things (high chair, pack n play, etc) so make sure to bring whatever you need -Only 1 TV and it’s in the main living area Adult Info -House was very clean; amenities such as good mattresses, high quality sheets and down comforters, fluffy towels, Caraway pans and stocked kitchen utensils -Good security system -2 immediate spots for cars, plenty of other street parking -Rouses and Winn Dixie within walking distance, great coffee shop 1 block up, can walk to La Boulangerie to work up an appetite for an almond croissant -House is close to the train tracks. While there was no loud train noises, we noticed that the house does vibrate when trains are moving. We only noticed it at night when in bed. - Host was very responsive to any questions/concerns We would stay here again in a heartbeat. This would be such a fun house for a girls week/weekend. You can tell it is a home away from home.

Great Uptown digs in NOLA

La maison was trés trés bonne! Perfect for my long awaited return to our favorite city with my wife, kids and parents. Location was great, Hansen's Sno-Bliz (a NOLA must) is two blocks away, Domilise's Poboys (one of the best) is a few blocks away. Magazine St. with all it's great shops and restaurants is nearby, as well as 3 grocery stores, (Rouse's, Winn Dixie, and Whole Foods) take your pick. The house: great decor, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Neighborhood was safe, plenty of parking on street. The host was responsive via text and check out was hassle free. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to NOLA. Thanks for a lovely stay at Uptown Fun!
