Beautifully decorated home. Located within walking distance to the fairgrounds where the Jazzfest is held. You can also enjoy a nice day visiting the New Orleans Museum of Art surrounded by one the most beautiful gardens in the city. My place is good for couples, friends and families (with kids).
Private off street entrance.
The property is with-in walking distance from the Fair grounds where, among many other events, the Jazz fest is held, it a HUGE celebration.
French Quarter is just 10 minutes awa, so you can enjoy the city and live a more authentic experience in a really New Orleanian neighborhood.

Furnishing and Decor may be slightly different on site, as we are constantly refreshing and upgrading our property to provide a better and more authentic experience.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Weird vibes from the start. Property owner came by unexpectedly a few times. Went into the garage and then acted sketchy when we were wondering who he was. Mold in the AC units. No hand soap. Broken furniture. Checking in process was pretty simple. So there’s that. Definitely overpriced. Do not recommend.

We tried to enjoy our stay It was not an accurate description.When you first get there, the outside is not well kept kinda baren looking and the gate broken when u close it.Be careful not to slip or hit your head on the ac unit like my partner did going up the stairs. Due to the ac unit hanging over the stairs they are very wet and slippery with moss starting to grow. We had to be very careful.Instantly when get inside we noticed the locks on the doors are not properly installed missing screws and a place to put a a board across the door but no board only one for the back door.Are issues with this place only grew. The bed is absolutely horrible and not the same as the pictures. Every morning was painful waking up due to the mattress having no support and dipping in the middle when two people or even just one is on it. Literally no support and uncomfortable. The head board isn't attached as well. Same room you can only find one plug in next to the tv that or use the one in the bathroom because the other is painted over. As for the kitchen...its cute but we had to switch it around due to no plug in for the microwave. The stove was really tiny "not an issue" but the burners were too big on the top making them stick up and leaning pot when you trying to cook. Oh no Nobs except one. All the others were broken in a drawer. pot were badly scratched.we found a couple spoons and butter knives and cooking knives, one fork. A regular coffee pot with kpods. And hard creamer.

first off stove didn't work Big roaches climbing out of things Place was not cleaned bedsheets were dirty My child fell from water leaking outside on the step from air conditioner We booked a week and went to stay else where in city park for less and was way better
