Wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was perfectly sized for my partner and I. The location was great. The night we arrived we easily found parking, dropped off our bags, and then walked around the corner for a bite to eat. The bathroom is a little small but it didn't detract from the charm of the place. If you are visiting New Orleans this is an excellent place to stay.

Great Location

You can see the streetcar from the porch. Only a block away! Small, but clean and has everything you need. You don't spend much time there anyways as you will be out enjoying the city. Great neighborhood. Safe to walk.

We absolutely loved this rental! The location can't be beat. The apartment was super cute and comfortable. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the back door (kitchen) does not open. I feel that this could be a hazard in an emergency situation. The front door is your only way in and out. The property was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend close enough to the city, but far enough away to avoid the craziness and noise

Not for light sleepers, but otherwise very nice

Andrew is easy to communicate with and sends you everything you need beforehand. Convenient location, clean and set up well. My only note is that the walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you will probably wake up to neighbors coming home, talking, etc.

Great choice for a NOLA visit.
