Adorable 3 Bedroom Home in Historic Algiers Point!

Fall in love with New Orleans in Algiers Point; one of the most vibrant and historic neighborhoods in the city! Here, location is our best friend. Only 6 blocks from the Algiers ferry which will take you in to the city in minutes to explore all New Orleans and the famous French Quarter has to offer. We are also within walking distance to the levee and plenty of local restaurants, bars and coffee shops; Baracuda and Congregation Coffee Roasters are two of our neighborhood favorites!

Proximity to the French Quarter and recent renovations make our space exceptionally desirable.

The home has two bathrooms, a full bath with tub/shower combination and another full in-suite bathroom with a standing shower that serves the master bedroom.

The apartment has central air and heat. In addition, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms offer a cool breeze.

No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.

Guests have full access to the home, besides one locked closet for storage. There is also a fenced backyard.

Parking is available on the street and tends to be plentiful, but it is first come first serve.

Algiers Point is a charming neighborhood with picturesque houses, tree lined streets, friendly neighbors make this walkable neighborhood a coveted place to stay on your vacation to New Orleans and also offers refuge from the crowds on the other side of the river. Algiers Point is the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans and boasts quick access to the French Quarter. You will often see neighbors relaxing on their front porches or socializing with one another throughout the many blocks of Algiers Point. Quaint coffee shops, lively bars and unique cafes/restaurants are also located throughout the area. New Orleans is a city where food and fun reign supreme, so there are bars in the area that can get a little noisy but luckily we are typically unaffected by the general neighborhood bar banter!
