If you don’t feel like driving the 5 min to the French Quarter, hop on St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. Beautiful condo - spacious, clean, nicely decorated with nice backyard. The area is in transition with a lot of new housing going up, but there are still remnants of a tough area. Wouldn’t walk at night alone, although we did feel safe inside.

This was a comfortable home for the four of us. There is a half bath on the first floor and a nice outdoor space for sitting in the mornings. We had no issues parking on the street in front of the home. The St. Charles trolley is very close. There is a cute little rum bar across the street.

Clean and convenient. We were able to walk to many of our destinations. The trolley is just a few blocks away. Be careful of the management company. Instructions don't come until the day before you travel and check-in and check-out process instruction emails were different and contradicted each other. Make no assumptions that they are receiving your requests.
