Spectacular panoramic views from this cabin. Private location with beautiful surroundings. Cabin itself had every modern amenity, modern furnishings, with classic log cozy feel. Our family of four dog went during the holiday season and appreciated the Christmas decor. Driveway is 4x4 only! We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the cabin at night knowing the driveway was so treacherous.

Beautiful views in a very comfortable home. We absolutely loved our week in Aubrey’s Nest. The view is stunning, the area is quiet, and we saw a deer and doe playing in the side yard. Corn hole and other games are available, and two gathering rooms allow separate areas for different groups like adults and kids. Highly recommend this rental!Favorite places: Muse, Wolf Gap, and Kindred Point wineries, Luray Caverns and Skyline Drive/hiking in Shenandoah National Park

Beautiful and Cozy get away

The property provided amazing views being so high up in the mountains!! We enjoyed watching storm clouds roll in as well as deer grazing in the yard. (They are not kidding about needing all wheel drive to access the property)The cabin itself has a cozy rustic feel while still providing modern conveniences (especially appreciated the AC, wifi access, and comfortable beds). Our family enjoyed the many games available and had a fun, ongoing corn hole competition during our stay ;)Upon check in there was apparently a miscommunication with the cleaning crew schedule however, the property manager was very responsive to messages, responding quickly and resolving the issue in a timely manner which made all the difference. Throughout our stay the property manager was available via messaging to answer any questions that came up.I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Perfect location for relaxing and close to the activities we wanted to do. Accommodations were great for our family - 4 adults and 2 children. Highly recommend Aubrey's Nest and would stay here again!

Shenandoah Retreat

Start to finish this cabin is as advertised...clean, comfortable, and secluded. Definitely need the 4x4 to tackle the road and driveway but its worth it. Easy and frequent communication with the rental company was appreciated, even though we didnt have need for anything during our stay. A great middle-ish location for Shenandoah NP and surrounding area.

Beautiful property, beautiful setting. Property manager was amazingly responsive to all issues, even late at night. Quickly arranged for service on the a/c system even for an issue that turned out to be our mistake.Two minor downsides to the property: No bathroom on the upper (bedroom) level, a minor inconvenience, and no screens on windows and doors, so no fresh breeze when the weather suits but insects do not.

Heaven on a mountain

Staying at Aubrey’s Nest was one of the best vacations of our life. The cabin is the perfect mix of cute and rustic with every beautiful modern amenity you could want. The property managers are a delight to work with and provide so many extra little touches like a handwritten note, welcome snacks and a marshmallow roasting kit to greet us. The views from the decks and sunrooms are just as incredible as the pics show, even more so honestly. Our week at this utterly charming cabin was so relaxing and restorative and we hope to make it a family tradition to return. Can’t say enough good things about this place and its kind hosts!

Great place to relax!

We had great family time! We loved the interior of the cabin and we enjoyed the views from the balcony even do weather was not great. Its a short distance from many sites you can visit. The downside was the cleanliness of the cabin other than that great trip!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

Great home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Aubrie’s Nest! It was convenient to many sites that we wanted to visit. The house itself was great! We loved the layout and all its amenities! It was nice relaxing in the back deck overlooking the valley. We will definitely be back!
