The spacious master suite offers a serene escape, while the open-concept kitchen and living area invite joyful gatherings. With a cozy fireplace, a sunny backyard, and ample room for creativity, this home is where your best memories await. Make every day extraordinary in your new sanctuary!

Just a quick note, we don't provide firewood or propane hookups. If you'd like to use the fire pit, you'll need to purchase your own firewood, and for the BBQ grill, you'll need to bring your own propane.

Comfortable for Family Overflow

Close to Westville shopping, Yale athletic fields/stadiums, events at SCSU, or a short drive or bus ride to downtown, Beaver Hill is a great neighborhood. I rented this property for overflow family in town for a wedding. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. While I would have like to see some cooking equipment (we're a family that likes to cook), I believe the owner has addressed this concern. This is a nice, comfortable, clean place perfect for a family. I would definitely rent this house again.
