Located in the gorgeous resort town of New Buffalo, we welcome you to Blue Heaven! This four-bedroom, three full bath home has it all! Kick back and soak up the sun in your private heated pool or sooth your body under the stars in your hot tub! Roast s'mores with your outdoor firepit as you listen to the sounds of nature around you. Both a wood-burning as well as a propane firepit for you to choose!

Main floor has one bedroom with queen bed as well as a sitting room with pull-out couch (full). Main floor boast large kitchen with dining for twelve. Family room with big screen TV as well as full bathroom.

Second floor has three bedrooms, two bedrooms each with a queen bed and one bedroom with two full beds. There is also a full bathroom (tub/shower) on second floor.

Basement has washer/dryer as well as third full bathroom with shower.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private pool & hot tub, two outdoor firepits, internet, cable, washer/dryer, central AC/heat, gas grill, shower, screened-in porch, and much more.

The house is so cute for a group! Outdoor area with 2 bonfire pits- one on the pool level and one down by the creek. So much outdoor space to work with! The pool and hot tub are well cared for. We had such a great time and the hosts were very responsive and kind to ask any questions or speak with. 10/10 would come back! We love the new buffalo area!

Nice house with a great location!

Our stay was great, had everything we needed! Only issue, the beds are listed as queens however at least one of the queens, if not two of the three, are actually full size beds, which was a little uncomfortable and tight. Otherwise, nice and clean home in a great location!

Great, great, great house for a multigenerational stay!

Blue Haven was a lovely, well-appointed and clean house. The outside area (especially the pool and hot tub) was a delight and well-used by our group. Having a master bed and bath on the main floor for my parents who avoid stairs was great. Everything in downtown New Buffalo was no more than a 13 minute walk. The owners thought of everything (beach towels and toys, games, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, etc)… just pack your clothes and you’re set for a great vacation!

A perfect place!

Our three generations of family look forward to spending a vacation week together each summer. This year’s time was one of the best! This house was immaculate. The pool and hot tub added immensely to our fun. We walked to nearby shopping, restaurants snd—best of all—ice cream! The management made reservations and arrival so easy and pleasant. We can’t wait to return next year!

What a darling home!

Great weekend getaway

Me and seven friends stayed for a weekend getaway. The check in and out process was very smooth and the house was very clean. The hot tub was great! The house is walking distance to so many great places to eat and drink and a very short drive to the Casino. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best Vacation Home in New Buffalo!

Our family has stayed in new buffalo every year for for past 7 summers and this home was by far our favorite! Short walking distance to everything in town and the pool is a huge plus! We also ended up being here during the blackout but were still able to make the most of our vacation. Thank you for the best family vacation to date!
