Central location, great views from rooftop, excellent staff. Nice rooms inside caves. Bathroom had leaky water on the floor, it wasn’t bothersome though. The hotel runs its own ballooning company as well as tours. If you book everything via them, not only they provide better rates but also free shuttle service to and from airport. We learnt of this pretty late and our other activity bookings were non-cancellable, so couldn’t take advantage of their offer.

The rooms are under renovation, they are installing wifi wires, there is no bell boy to carry the luggage. Airport transportation is rip off, where the other travel company charges $80, the hotel charged us $150.

We stayed in the part of the hotel that is under renovation. Dirty, dusty and no bell boy service. This was cheating us with incorrect pictures for the price we paid. The owner (or owner daughter) was more interested in upselling for exorbitant prices. 150 euro for airport to hotel transfer for what costs only 90 (we were group of 10, 3 bookings).

Wonderful place

Loved this place, wonderful location, friendly, and helpful staff, spacious rooms, very clean and close to measure places in Cappadocia’s downtown. I feel really pampered during my stay, definitely I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a very nice time in a lovely Cave Hotel.
