The staff was by far the best of anywhere we have stayed traveling Turkey for a month! So wonderful with our two year old daughter. The place we stayed had a departed bedroom and living room - tons of space for our luggage and we could leave our daughter sleeping while we watched the sunrise. UNREAL views of the balloons - they literally flew over head close enough to say Hi! Highly highly recommend staying here! Easy walk everywhere and beautiful lounging areas to enjoy the balloons and views of the city.

Great location. Quiet. Lovely cats. Fantastic roof top view. Good housekeeping. Great hot tub although forcet changer impossible to change without brute force. Room was a little damp after a few days; sheets felt damp. Restaurant closed at 5pm. Coffee wasnt very nice. But room was very large and nice. Ambeince was lovely. Entrance appealing. Staff great. Location right near centre. If anyone reads this and sees the cat we called Spot then please feed her. Food from supermarket. She wanted affection and food.

The room was really nice. We booked a room with a balcony. They are calling a front porch a balcony. Obviously that’s not a balcony. Feom the front porch, you can see your neighbors front porch. Nothing else. False advertising. We stayed here on August 8th 2025

Beautiful property. Within 5-10 minute walks of most restaurants & shops in Goreme. A very mild hill up to the property compared to others. Breakfast was a great variety with good options. Pool area great for an afternoon chill out.

Great hotel, good location.

The hotel stay was excellent. We booked a cave room which are situated on the ground floor. The hotel had excellent views, great to see the hot air balloons at sunrise. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We hired a car and there was on-street parking. For the price the hotel was 10/10.

Fabulous setting and viewing area for balloons.

This hotel is excellent for viewing the balloons. Lovely rooftop space for Breakfast and pool. Lots of steps up to the rooms so be aware. Nice patio area with table and chairs. Room is quite dark but stays cool. No full length mirror just a small one above sink. Had to open the front door to get some light in bathroom area for makeup application. Overall I would recommend this hotel, good location too. One downside is that they do not like card payments.

The room is spacious, the location is decent and the actual hotel is fairly lovely. However we had some issues. The bathroom sliding glass door came off hinges, we couldn't get into the bathroom. Took them over an hour to come and fix it. No apologies given The breakfast is very poor in my opinion. Nescafe coffee, poor quality breakfast. No Turkish tea options. When you ask for eggs the hotel policy is only 1 egg per person. Overall the breakfast was very disappointing. When we arrived it was 2am. There were no lights, no one to great us at the entrance. Ended up using our phone torch to make our way upto the reception which is up 4 flights of stairs. A word of note. No irons are allowed in the rooms.

An absolute gem!

Beautiful hotel, not luxurious, but considering the style of the hotel and where it is, I wasn’t expecting luxury. What we got was beautiful, rustic charm. Perfect for the area. Wonderfully friendly staff, in particular the resident pug ❤️ Would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Great location as well… absolutely perfect!

This was the most beautiful hotel ever. It was so unique being carved out of the rocks and every room was different. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The only downside for me was the mattress being too hard but that's a personal preference. Incredible location.

Everything about our stay at Doors Cappadocia was amazing! The room was exactly what was pictured, communication with the staff was fast, quick and extremely and the location is prime- walkable to sites, food and restaurants. But we need to talk about the view for the sunrise and the subset- unreal. Didnt need to leave our own balcony. Highly recommend!
