We welcome you to Ty Palud, a villa with a panoramic sea view facing west and directly on the sandy beach. You can enjoy an exceptional sunset on the Glénans archipelago. The villa is located a few kilometers from Port-Manech, Pont-Aven and the beach of Tahiti. You can book with your eyes closed, dream vacation assured.

Animals are not accepted. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. The calendar is up to date. You can book immediately.

Villa of 120 m2 with an upper floor. On the first floor you will find a living room with TV, DVD player and Wifi, a dining room with panoramic sea view, an open kitchen equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and Nespresso, a bedroom with 160cm bed overlooking the terrace, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer and a storage space for 2 bikes. You will also find everything you need for babies, high chair, cot, baby bath, changing mat and baby dishes. On the first floor, you will find a room with a sea view and a bed of 160 cm, a room with 2 beds of 90 cm and a room with 1 bed of 90 cm, a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you will find a 400m2 garden with a large wooden terrace of 20m2 with its equipment, a Weber barbecue, a fenced garden, a beach shower and a protected parking for a car or a small boat. At the entrance of the property, you can park one car in front of the gate and one car on the low side.

You benefit from an electricity package of 10 kWh per day. Beyond the fixed price, your consumption will be charged at the current rate.

Das Haus liegt am Meer nur von einer kleine Straße vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist charmant und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Ty Palud und haben uns sehr erholt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Super tolle Lage und sehr schönes Haus

Tolle Lage, wie beschrieben. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus hat es an nichts gemangelt. Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse wurden modernisiert und waren bequem. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen und möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Very nice stay

The house is situated very close to the beach on a quiet road. Spectacular views from the house. Nice garden to relax. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. It's 8 minutes by car to the nearest shop/ bakery. There is a lot to do in the region. We hope to come back.

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage!

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche im August 2023 hier und haben es sehr genossen! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Tolle Sicht von Haus und Garten auf die Bucht, und der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, nur über die kleine Strasse auf der selten ein Auto fährt. Das Haus selbst ist auch sehr schön, mit großzügigem Wohn-/Ess-Bereich und gepflegten Schlafzimmern (2 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett). Die Ausstattung ist mehr als vollständig: Spülmaschine,Filter- und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner - und das beste ist die warme Außendusche, so dass man sich nach dem Strand abduschen kann und nicht den Sand ins Haus trägt! Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus hat den Erwartungen voll entsprochen und alle Angaben bezüglich Einrichtung etc. bestens erfüllt. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, gute Zimmereinteilung, alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Einziger Fehler: eine etwas schlampige Reinigung vor Übergabe, viel Lurch und viele (alte?!) Spinnennetze. Aber diese Problemchen scheinen üblich zu sein beim Hausmieten (zumindest haben wir schon oft diese Erfahrung gemacht). Es wäre halt doch schön ein blitzsauberes Haus zu beziehen. Dennoch, perfekt.

Äußerst gepflegtes Traumhaus direkt am Meer

Wir haben einen großartigen Urlaub in diesem sehr gepflegten und bestens ausgestatteten Haus erlebt. Das Wetter spielte mit, weshalb wir das Frühstück und die langen Abende bei Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen konnten. Das Haus liegt ideal, die Sonne scheint hier am längsten. Ein kleines, so gut wie nicht befahrenes Sträßchen trennt es vom Strand. Gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich in einer kleinen Bucht ein sehr schöner, kleiner Sandstrand, mit interessanten Felsformationen. Wir hatten ihn so gut wie für uns alleine. Außendusche am Haus mit Warmwasser! Direkt vom Haus weg gehen Wanderwege an der Küste entlang, die einiges an Abwechslung bieten. Das Haus ist mit allem, was dem Komfort dient, bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren zu fünft dort. Mit zwei Bädern, davon eines mit separater Toilette im ersten Stock, kamen wir sehr gut zurecht. Zimmer sind gemütlich, Betten sind bequem. Das Haus verfügt zudem über Spülmaschine, Microwelle, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, eine für Filterkaffee, vierflammigen Gasherd, Backofen, Toaster. In der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, im Nebenraum noch einen extra großen. Darüber hinaus Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir haben draußen den Weber Grill benutzt, der mit Grillkohle betrieben wird. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck ist alles in wirklich ausreichender Zahl vorhanden, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber, Alain und Catherine, waren sehr auf unser Wohl bedacht. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist ganz außergewöhnlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un emplacement exceptionnel !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, avec en premier lieu un emplacement exceptionnel : à proximité immédiate de la plage de sable fin (juste de l'autre côté de la route), et avec une très belle vue sur la plage et la côte. La maison est confortable et bien agencée. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité de l'accueil. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Alles so wie wir es aufgrund der Anzeige erwartet haben, freundlicher, persönlicher(!) Empfang, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen, sauber. Blick aufs Meer, auch wenn es an einem kleinen Kreisverkehr liegt, die Straße ist sehr wenig befahren (2. Juni-Hälfte) und es war sehr ruhig. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
