My wife & I only stayed one night while on a road trip but probably would look elsewhere if we had to do it again. Great staff and breakfast, but room was dingy and and in need of a rehab. (Probably could say that for a large swath of all things Argentine!!) Restaurant seemed good but only had buffet breakfast. It's well located in downtown area so restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bit of a hassle in a lot around the corner, but free.

My stay was fine, except that the breakfast was only cold dishes. No hot food. The staff, with the exception of the last day spent to much time talking to each other and the service, although friendly, was very slow.

Old hotel Old pictures No AC Dirty Terrible wifi Best thing to do. Stay Away. On expedia shows nice pictures. Probably was taken a dacade ago. You can not control AC if front desk decide that it is cold you will get hot air. If they decide is hot than you get an AC. So Stay Away

Nice convenient hotel for business stay

I found the staff very helpful and I had a comfortable clean room with plenty of space, the WiFi worked well. The food in the restaurant was quite good and I enjoyed the Coffee Shop / Bar area off the lobby that looks out onto the pool. I would certainly stay here again when I come to Neuquen

Nice place at a convenient location.

Stayed here for one night during a trip to Argentina. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Our room was very spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed. This place is in Neuquen's center, but is very easy to find. We were traveling along Ruta 22 and were able to get on and off very easily. Overall, this place is very much worth staying at. I will be back next time my travels take me through Neuquen.
