This beautiful mansion is located just outside the famous and lively Neukirchen am Grossvenediger. The detached house is warm, spacious and furnished to a high quality, making you feel at home straight away. On the ground floor there is a large and modern living room connected to a complete kitchen. More than enough space for the entire group. The floors are divided into 3 apartments, making this house especially suitable for families travelling together or larger groups. In addition to a common room, there is also a room to which you can retreat. In total there are 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 sauna and 1 steam bath available for your use. This house is thus ideal for workshops, events, weddings or family celebrations.From the large balcony and the gigantic private garden you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and a magnificent waterfall in the Hohe Tauern National Park. A covered terrace with BBQ completes the outdoor life. In the summer months you even have your own swimming pond that is warmed by the sun. In the winter there is a heated smokers' lounge outdoors(Bathrobe and hand towel) can be rented onsite for € 5 per person. Please inform the home owner of the number prior to arrival.Note: The friendly owner lives in the adjacent terraced house. The rented house will be solely occupied by you. Occasionally the owner has to go into the storage room to get or bring things, or she uses the general sanitary facilities.
