The Casa Mila in Nerja in the urbanization "Ladera del Mar" is rented for the first time in the 2015th The apartment was completely renovated and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large living room with dining area. All rooms have modern furnishings. The 30 square meter terrace offers a wonderful sea view and is equipped with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. Through the south the terrace you have sun all day! The apartment is in a quiet area in one of the most popular resort settlements (Ladera del Mar) of Nerja. The downtown area is accessible by car in 5 minutes. In just a few minutes away (about 300 m) you are at one of several beaches. Even the communal pool with ample sun beds and umbrellas can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschƶnen Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, insbesonders die KĆ¼che absolut top ausgestattet und es gibt jede Menge Stauraum.Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber unkompliziert. Ein Auto fĆ¼r EinkƤufe und AusflĆ¼ge ist aufgrund der Lage empfehlenswert. Traumhafter Ausblick von einer sehr schƶnen Wohnung

Ein entspannter Urlaub in einer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Lage ist top, viele StrƤnde in der NƤhe (allerdings kein feiner Sand) unser Favorite war der Burriana Strand gewesen. Nerja ist ein sehr schƶner Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants, auch am Burriana Strand kann mehr sehr gut Essen, sehr schƶne kleine Dƶrfer die man besichtigen kann (z.B. Frigiliana), Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl etc.) alles in der NƤhe (mit dem Auto). Nach Marbella knapp 1,5 Stunden Fahrt und Malaga (Flughafen) ca. 45 Minuten. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Wunderschƶne Ferienwohnung in Andalusien

Wir (4 Freunde, ca. 30 Jahre alt) hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen. Man kann morgens mit wunderschƶnen Blick aufs Meer auf der Terrasse frĆ¼hstĆ¼cken. Die zentrale Poolanlage ist in wenigen Schritten zu FuƟ zu erreichen, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10min. In direkter NƤhe (ca. 5 min zu FuƟ) befindet sich das Restaurant Avalon, sehr zu empfehlen šŸ‘ Die Siedlung ist insgesamt sehr schƶn, liegt allerdings etwas abgelegen mit praktisch keinen Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten, daher ist ein eigenes Auto oder Mietwagen ein muss. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft uneingeschrƤnkt weiterempfehlen.

Compleet ingericht appartement. Geweldig uitzicht. Goed 2 persoonsbed. Heerlijk schoon. Eigenaren erg behulpzaam. Je voelt je direct thuis. Ook het plaatselijke aanspreekpunt is .vriendelijk in contact. Door de ligging wel auto nodig. Ook goed kunnen lopen, er zijn veel trappen. Persoonlijk miste ik wat schoonmaakmiddelen omdat er in 14 dagen niet werd schoongemaakt. Toilet dan kunnen opfrissen is wel zo hygiƫnisch. Zelf bed verschonen kan gelukkig. De wasmachine is dan ook echt een uitkomst. Andalusiƫ is prachtig en voor ieder wat wils.

Three Stars due to problem finding it, the 65 killer steps, and its remoteness.

Google Maps could not locate the address given and the instructions provided were worthless. (Afterwards we discovered - on our own - that it would have been better to plug precisely ā€œUrbanizacion Ladera del Marā€ into the GPS. ā€œCalle Pasillo Ladera Andaluz No.3ā€ is of no help with GPS (that information is what you need to find the set of step once youā€™re in the complex) and ā€œCasa Milaā€ is simply what the owners named their home. It means nothing to GPS or to the locals. Since the address given left us confused, we phoned the local contact included with the instructions. However, despite what our hosts had written, this person only speaks Spanish. Thanks to our translating app, we got help from random local residents and realized we were on the wrong side of town. We needed to be nearer the marina. We drove into the Ladera Del Mar Apartments but missed the apartment for two reasons: 1st, the instructions said to look for two parking lots. (There are no parking lots. Rather, there is parking on both sides of a narrow road.); 2nd, the apartment was 65 steps up the hill from the road. (There was NO mention of any steps. My wife figured out where the apartment was - no thanks to the directions provided.) All of this could have been rectified with better instructions, communication, and an English speaking contact. Also, at another of our condo stays we will be meeting someone at a restaurant who will escort us to the location. This should have been provided here and all would have been well. After a very frustrating nightmare of finding the apartment we were grateful that it was quite lovely, neat and clean. The view from the terrace is worth every one of the 65 steps. The AC worked perfectly as did the dishwasher. The furnishings are comfortable and had all the essential flatware, dishes and pans. Just a few more concerns: 1-The clothes washer has instructions taped onto the back of the bathroom door but were in German. 2-There is no clothes dryer. 3-The Television has three remotes with no instructions and when we managed to turn it on, all but two channels were in German. 4-This place is not in town. To go to a restaurant or store or anywhere you need to drive and 5-the parking is not ideal.

Sehr schƶne Ferienwohnung und tolle Aussicht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schƶn eingerichtet, die KĆ¼che mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattet. FĆ¼r das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer gibt es Klimaanlagen. Die Matratzen fanden wir etwas hart. Die groƟe Terrasse mit Grill bietet einen wunderschƶnen Blick aufs Meer. Die zwei BƤder sind praktisch, nur leider reicht der Wasserdruck nicht aus, damit beide Duschen gleichzeitig genutzt werden kƶnnen. Der Gemeinschaftspool unterhalb der Wohnung ist sehr schƶn und gut gepflegt, hier kann man schnell hin, wenn man nicht bis zum Meer laufen mƶchte. FĆ¼r die Wohnung muss man gut zu FuƟ sein, da es einige Treppen hoch und runter geht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und reagieren schnell bei Problemen oder Fragen. Wir kƶnnen die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

toller Ausblick - schƶne Wohnung

Man sollte gut zu FuƟ sein, um diese Wohnung zu erreichen ;-)... fĆ¼r den traumhaften Ausblick lohnt sich aber jeder Weg! Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ob in der KĆ¼che oder im Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine hat gute Dienste geleistet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fĆ¼r Unternehmungen gut gelegen. Ob nach Torrox oder nach Nerja - alles war in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Selbst Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Wenn man ein Auto hat ist die Wohnung fĆ¼r einen Urlaub eine gute Wahl. Allerdings braucht man selbst zum Brƶtchen holen ein Auto. Der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar und die Gegend sehr schƶn.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwischen den Ortschaften Nerja und Torrox in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung mit internationalem Publikum. Die Ferienwohnung selbst kann man uneingeschrƤnkt weiterempfehlen (lediglich fĆ¼r Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen da am Hang befindlich mit vielen Stufen). Die Terrasse hat einen traumhaften und unbezahlbaren Ausblick. Der Gemeinschaftspool mit Garten ist ausgesprochen schƶn angelegt und sauber. Die Verwalterin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen.
