In the house: sauna, sun terrace, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars), single garage. Shop, grocery, supermarket 750 m, restaurant 200 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 16.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 200 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop, ski-kindergarten, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: SPA Des Bisses 800 m.
