This listing is a newly remodeled 2-story unit in a tri-plex (unit 3, right portion of building). This spacious home has 9' ceilings and is located on one acre in a nice neighborhood with lots of national forest around.
The lower-level boasts living room, dining room & kitchen.
Upper level has primary bedroom/bath (desk in bedroom), two additional bedrooms, hall bath & washer/ dryer. Quite nice & modern with lots of space for your items. Larger group? Book unit 1, also.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1,500 square facility except for three small closets. There is a covered porch and back patio for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
The neighbor's pond behind the townhouse is off limits.
