The rooftop terrace is an entertainer's dream, complete with a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, outdoor setting and 6 person spa. Relax on your sun drenched roof top whilst taking advantage and immersing yourself in the glorious uninterrupted ocean views and Nelson Bay Headlands.

Only a stone's throw from the bustling Nelson Bay Marina, charters and cruises, the region's best beaches, walking trails, shops, restaurants, entertainment and activities, Harbour View Penthouse is perfect for families looking to take advantage of all Port Stephens has to offer.

The property is beautifully furnished, and the modern kitchen will impress with stainless steel appliances and coffee pod machine (pods not supplied). The dining room flows onto the balcony with water views and an outdoor setting. Adjacent to the balcony, the lounge room offers substantial living space, complete with large screen smart TV and DVD player. The property also comes with free, high-speed Wi-Fi

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and you will be spoiled with a lovely outlook through floor to ceiling windows, a flat screen TV, WIR and beautifully appointed ensuite. Relax and unwind after a day of fun and adventure in the main bathroom spa bath. The second and third bedrooms also feature high quality queen beds. The penthouse also offers a sofa lounge for additional bedding for guests when required at additional cost.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 8.

Sofa bed $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire. (Children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

BOND - $1000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

The outdoor spa was mouldy and only half the jets work. The two doors out to the balcony were broken. The outdoor sun loungers had holes in them. The internet did not work. We got no reply from the host when these issues were communicated during the stay. The air con in the bedrooms did not work. The property is in a great location but requires maintenance.
