All the stars! The home was spotless. Well equipped. Stunning views. Conveniently located. Comfortable. Comfortable beds. Adequate hot water for 11 of us. Top 2 of beach homes we've rented over the past 30 years. Without hesitation...do over!

Excellent location, so close to the beach! The beach area on the bay was perfect for the kids. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great property and location

Beautiful house with all the amenities including a large ice maker which is a huge plus. Great location for swimming on the bay side when its a little too choppy but also very close to the beach access.

Great place to stay.

It was a great place to stay for our family. It was spacious and the kids loved getting to play in the water there. We loved our experience staying at this place. I would highly recommend it.

Exceeded expectations! The house was spacious, clean, beautiful, and well-stocked with everything we could need. We loved having access to all of the beach toys/chairs, games, kayaks, boogie boards and cornhole- there was so much to do right on property which made it easy with kids. We had a couple of red flag days at the beach, so the house being soundfront was a lifesaver- we could still get in the water behind the house and have what still felt like a beach day. We were also so impressed by how quickly maintenance responded on a Sunday evening to a low battery in a smoke detector beeping. The host responds promptly and kindly. We will be back!

Perfect family location

Beautiful house which met all of our needs for a family of 10 adults and 2 young children. We love Navarre Beach and this house was perfect for us.

Family Vacay

We absolutely enjoyed this gorgeous place. It was even more beautiful than the stinking photos online. AMAZING!! Lots of fun and memories with our adult children and our grandbabies. Will recommend this place to all our friends and will definitely be back

Sand Dollar Christmas

Our entire family traveled from Northern Illinois to Navarre so we could spend the holiday with our son and his family. Sand Dollar Cottage worked perfectly for us to be together and provided us plenty of beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Family and Friends Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three families (6 adults, 5 teenagers) stayed in this house together. The pictures on the website were exactly what we saw when we got there- the house was beautiful, we had plenty of space and it was a super easy walk (or bike ride) to the beach. They included many water/beach items for our use. We started each morning and ended each evening on the beautiful deck. Much more relaxed than Destin or Pensacola, although both were an easy drive.

Website pics not accurate

The website needs to be updated. Pictures are not accurate. Neighbors were very picky and felt like they were watching us at all times. Creepy! Realtor showed up unannounced two times.

Great House on the Sound

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families and 10 people and had plenty of room. The house was clean and well kept. We had plenty of beach towels and shower towels provided. The garage had everything you could possibly need for the beach including chairs, floats, tents, umbrellas, toys, nets, and coolers. The house has an ice maker which is very convenient. We included the golf cart which was great for traveling back forth from the private beach access. The house was well decorated and had everything in the kitchen needed for cooking. I would definitely recommend the Sand Dollar Cottage.

Great place for large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location were great for our family of 13. We enjoyed being right on the water. The lot next door was a sandy beach and provided direct access to the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and sandcastle building. Perfect for the little guys too. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates/cup/silverware/etc and the ice machine was a bonus. The Gulf is only a short walk down the street and the house has LOTS of beach toys/chairs. The Pier is a must - the fee is $1 per person - we saw stingrays and sea turtles the hour before sunset. We drove to the Naval Air Station to watch the Blue Angels - AMAZING! - plan to leave early and still wait in traffic. Definitely worth it! We tried Andy D's down by the pier for dinner - food was good, service was good! The restaurant has lots of inside & outside seating. We loved our stay and look forward to going back!
