My two brothers and I with our families rented this house for our annual “sibling weekend”. We enjoyed our stay! Things that I think are helpful to know when considering booking:- my 14 year old spent a lot of time on the two kayaks.- the charcoal bbq grill was on the smaller side, maybe 14” square. It took awhile to make enough burgers for everyone, had to work in batches.- there is no longer a dock like you see in pics - my boyfriend and I thought the queen bed we slept on was just ok. On the firm side, and had squeaky springs. My brother and his wife commented their bed was comfortable though! - there were three weathered wooden benches around the fire pit area to sit. I’d suggest camping chairs for more comfort and flexibility - coming from someone with a bad back. The fire pit itself is nice and surrounded by pavers. - our two tots had fun playing with a few toys available, and the teens enjoyed the foosball table! There were also some board games available such as monopoly, scattegories, and jenga to name a few. - the deck facing the water is nice and big! The seating available is not sturdy though, so I’d suggest bringing camping chairs or other seating for that as well.
