The worst experience for check in as they messed up our booking - wrong unit number and code were informed, and it was for another Rakuten stay, not this facility! The facility is new, a huge living & dining area compare to Nasu where we stayed a year ago. Too many huge bugs in the balcony, lots were dead already but not cleaned… narrow parking area and the aisle

First the dislikes! 1.We arrived at about 4PM and checked in. The moment we entered the residence upstairs seem to be holding a gymnastics contest. We shrugged it off as excited kids. No! This was non stop drumming on the floor until we checked out around 1150 pm that same day 8 hours after checking in. 2. The outside ambient air began to smell like a busted septic tank and raw sewage. Not sulfur like a hot spring but sewage! Unfortunately, I can tell the difference. The smell began to seep into the residence making me and my family feel ill. Customer care basically said we were complainers and if we wanted we could move rooms but the entire area smelled so moving was not an option so we went home. 3. While packing up our vehicle to tavel home for several hour's we had the pleasure of listening to a couple fighting in one of the rooms before leaving. Far from a relaxing vacation we were looking for. 4. To top it all off the property refused to work with Expedia or us to make right for the terrible experience my family and I endured. No sincere apology, nothing. Basically a thanks for your money losers and piss off type of response. No responsibility taken at all. Beware of this place unless you are hard of hearing and smelling or like being treated with no respect. The good. It was a nice location. The outdoor area was nice and the room was comfortable. It is sad its looks don't live up to the expectations. Avoid and would never recommend this location to anyon.

火災報知器が約１時間に渡り鳴り続けるというトラブルがあり、消防隊まで来て大騒ぎでしたが、施設側からの連絡は一切ありませんでした。危機安全管理はかなり杜撰かと思われます。本当の火事だったら犠牲者が出ると思います。また、夜遅い時間だったので全くゆっくりできませんでした。子どもたちも非常に不安がっていました。 部屋はきちんと掃除されていましたが、壁紙やソファ、クッションはボロボロ、浴室内も動物臭が漂っており、清潔感は感じられませんでした。 洗濯機やコーヒーメーカーは壊れていました。
