Our newly-renovated and professionally decorated 4-bed, 2-bath home is centrally located in the heart of Murfreesboro:

- MTSU: 0.6 mi

- Broadway: 39 mi

- Airport: 35 mi



Features to note:

- 2 of the bedrooms each have 2 single beds (a daybed with a trundle), & the other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed.

- There is a Smart TV in each bedroom & one in the living room.

- Fire pit

- The guest house is a separate rental behind the main house; there is a fence between them, but they share a driveway.



When you walk through the front door you will step into the living room. Three of the bedrooms are off the hallway on the right and the fourth bedroom has its own entrance and is off the dining room on the left side of the house.

Bedroom 3 - a single day bed with a single trundle that pulls out.

Bedroom 4 on the opposite side of the house has a single day bed with a single trundle that pulls out. It also has an ensuite bathroom.

We loved staying here! Close to MTSU and downtown so perfect for Parents Weekend. We enjoyed an easy check in process, all new appliances, incredibly clean space, so many supplies that we didn’t have to go to the store, huge bath sheets, brand new appliances, and many other updates. Spacious accommodations in remodeled home!

The property was clean and well maintained and updated. The beds were comfortable and the trundles added extra sleeping options. The kitchen and coffee bar were stocked and linens and supplies were all provided and very helpful to have during our short stay. The host was very helpful, quick to respond and was extremely welcoming and kind. Thank you again!
