This is a no frills hotel that was a perfect place to sleep during a very busy conference. The price was good and the location was quiet. I plan to stay there again if the conference is held nearby again next year.

Liked: it was quiet Didnt like: stained ceiling, spider webs everywhere, cracks in sink & tub, stain in carpet, door didnt shut properly.

Its in a shady looking place in the back of a poorly lit area. The staff was very rude, spoke English poorly and were very difficult to deal with during check in. The room had a strange smell and something kept beeping loud all night.
After 4 hours the a/c did not cool the room so I called the front desk and was told they would check it. They never showed up. Did they lie or forget or just not care? Who knows?

Unfortunately, your brief comment does not illuminate how we failed to meet your exceptions very well, as we are well advertised online, in various forms, which clearly show we are a motel and lists all the amenities we have to offer our guests which among other things includes coffee in our lobby in the morning. If you believe we have failed correctly represent ourselves to our guests I would really appreciate your sources of information so the that we can correct them asap.
