Great location! Very walkable to Broadway St, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, the Capitol Building, Farmers Market. Booked it for proximity to the Nashville RnR marathon start. Came with free parking so we just parked the car in garage and walked everywhere or ubered. We bought groceries to cook breakfast/dinner. Publix was a 10-15 min walk. We did have to buy a larger pot to make spaghetti. Otherwise kitchen came with everything we needed to cook with. WiFi worked great! No reason to reach out to the host for any issues during our stay. Seamless process of letting host know when we arrived and when we departed. Highly recommend. Worked great as a cozy little condo for 2 people.

Great location. Clean, nice. Loved the shuffleboard and the large size of the apartment.I really could not be more impressed. We would gladly stay here again. The included free parking was very useful and saved Reminder: there is no toiletries included with the stay so bring your own soap and toilet tissue!

The bed felt amazing. I love the showerhead the freezer froze, ice, and everything else within minutes. The location was great close enough to the nightlife to catch a scooter and head down there and far enough to where there’s not a lot of traffic right by the location. we totally enjoyed our stay.

Really great location! Walkable to Broadway and easy to uber to / from other Nashville places. Environment around the vrbo was a bit loud and with only two people we ran out of hot water very quickly. Host provided many kitchen amenities and appliances which was nice. Only recommendation is to put a shower liner in the shower because water leaked out on the floor. Overall this was a nice, convenient place to stay and I would book again if I needed to be close to Broadway!

A great value. Perfect for singles or couples Very conveniently located for downtown activities. Just a quick uber or 15 minute walk to Broadway. It’s also very easy to get out of town to other areas for other activities. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be upon initial arrival , just a little confusion with temporary parking until the garage parking pass could be retrieved . Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay here again

My overnight stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and I played shuffleboard for the first time ever! I loved the "antiquish" ambiance, it reminded me of overnight stays with my sweet grandmother as a child! The condo was within walking distance of everything we planned to do while downtown Nashville, so we did not have to move our car or pay for a driver. Downtown stays awake, so if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for the night owls late at night. The host responded within minutes of my texts if I needed anything. It was a great stay! The pictures are 100%.
