About This Space:
You will enjoy this beautiful and spacious home with high end furnishings throughout. Multiple work/lounge areas. Enjoy outside dining and relaxation on the furnished deck overlooking the front lawn. YOU WILL BE IN THE HEART OF NASHVILLE. Only 6 mi to Broadway, 7 mi from the airport, and 6 mi from Vanderbilt University.

The Space:
We supply all furnishings, linen and towels. This spacious home can be configured to the space you need. From 3 bedrooms minimal, up to 5 if needed. We offer multiple areas to lounge or work. You will immediately feel welcome when you walk through the front door and into our Internet Cafe. Meanwhile, the center of the home features a spacious open area that flows together a kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom leading to an extraordinarily large furnished deck with a view. Work remotely? The Bonus Room upstairs may be used as an office or lounge as it has 2 desks, leather sofa and widescreen TV.

Guest Access to Space:
WE HAVE THE SPACE. You can either gather together or spread out. Everyone can get away for some quality "me-time" as there are multiple work/lounge areas throughout the home. The large courtyard near the front entrance can park up to 6 vehicles. NO trailers or towed objects are allowed. The property sits on a hill and the driveway leading to the home is quite steep. You may select the amount of bedrooms needed. The common areas of the house are available as well as the appropriate amount of bedrooms and bathrooms needed for your party.

SMALL GROUPS, 3 bedrooms/2 full baths are available. But that's not all, you will also enjoy our Internet Cafe, a full well-stocked kitchen, dining area, den and sunroom combo leading to an oversized furnished deck (except winter months). For travelers that will be working remotely, we can also make available our upper level multi-purpose bonus room which has 2 workstations, wide screen TV and a leather sofa/recliner.

LARGE GROUPS, 4 to 5 bedrooms/3 full baths are available. But that's not all. On the ground floor, you will enjoy our Internet Cafe, a full well-stocked kitchen, dining area, den and sunroom combo leading to an oversized furnished deck (except winter months). For travelers that will be working remotely, you will be able to work and relax in style and comfort. Our upper level multi-purpose bonus room which has 2 workstations, wide screen TV and a leather sofa/recliner.

Other Things to Note
Overlook at Whitsett has a steep front lawn in front of the home. Guest are discouraged from walking on the lawn for safety reasons. Please enjoy the view of the grounds and surrounding area from the spacious furnished deck overlooking the lawn.
