EASY ACCESS! This condo is located on the RIVERFRONT DOWNTOWN Nashville. Walking distance to the ball park, football stadium, restaurants, honky tonks, museums, concert halls & shopping. No need to have a car! Take a quick Uber/Lyft ride, jump on a JoyRide golf cart transport, venture on a scooter or walk to anywhere downtown.

CLEAN! We have high expectations when we travel and want to assure you we take great pride in providing you with a 5 star stay. Self Check-in is any time after 3 pm CST day of arrival and Check-out is 10am morning of departure. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Quality bedding and linens are provided for our 5 beds (1 King, 3 twins + queen Serta blowup mattress with memory foam topper). This home is equipped with a flat screen TV in the living room and the multi-bed bedroom.

Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove and full size refrigerator plus extras like Keurig coffee maker/coffees, toaster & blender.

This is a first floor unit so 1) NO STAIRS and 2) enjoy OUTDOOR SPACE (deck) while watching boats go up/down the Cumberland. Large mirror spaces for getting ready. 2 makeup mirrors, 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board are also provided. Continue your fitness regimen in the property exercise center or take advantage of laundry in our onsite laundry facility.

Nice location on the River

I liked being on the river. That part was nice and we saw tons of little ground hogs which were cute. The walk to downtown wasn't bad at all but not sure I'd walk back at night because it was pretty deserted.The only negatives were that the bathrooms are pretty small and the rugs in the bathroom were not very clean. It's a pretty small place and I wouldn't recommend getting it for more than 4 people.Also, right now there is a huge building/apartments being constructed across the street and every morning we were awakened by the hammering. That won't be forever but it was a bummer.

We liked having covered parking because of bad weather in the area. There is construction across the street and you can hear the people moving in the unit above but a nice property. Well equipped and very responsive management.

Quick weekend in Nashville

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. There was plenty of parking which worked well for our group. There are several restaurants and a farmers market within walking distance, but the walk to Broadway was not practical on the cooler days, especially. We found that it was most cost effective to drive over and park at the huge parking garage next to the hall of fame. Would definitely consider this location again. The property owner was easy to communicate with.

Downtown Nashville Weekend

The location was great and the separate beds available worked for our group of 4 as we each wanted our own bed. Also, if you venture in the Gulch area please visit Gumbo Bros. and have the sausage and chicken gumbo. Its the real deal. And try a Sham Wow which is one of their signature cocktails. You won't be disappointed. Cheers.

We enjoyed downtown Broadway bars, our favorite was Category 10. Did some sightseeing, checked out the Opry Hotel. Location was perfect, very clean and enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. Very peaceful. Owners were great.

Really close walk to some great restaurants. Short walk or quick scooter ride to other restaurants and Broadway. Lots of construction all over Nashville, but not too bad to walk around it. Great to see that they are rebuilding 2nd Ave from the Christmas 2020 bombing.

Phenomenal Hosts and Place!

We came up for a bachelorette trip this weekend, and the stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and Donna checked in with us to see if we needed any refills on any toiletries, etc. the communication was quick and detailed, and we knew everything we needed before arriving! Additionally, they provided us with recommendations to help us find food and activities ahead of time. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thank you so much!

Great location for Music City activities!

My husband and I took our teenage kids and this was the perfect spot. It’s close to music city (20 min walk) and safe! The condo was just the right size for the 5 of us. Everyone had a bed. We loved the mornings on the patio watching the wildlife (otters, geese, etc). It was clean and had everything we needed.

Quiet base to explore Nashville

Clean and well located, we walked everywhere. Perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the river. Many details were attended to. We appreciated the covered parking, basic coffee and snacks that were provided, as well as other items you might forget when travelling.

Comfortable condo, convenient location, terrific hosts

The place had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and easy to check in and out. The hosts were terrific, very responsive and friendly. And the location is in walking distance to a ton of restaurant options.
