Great place and location - bed not comfortable

Global Luxury Suites is perfectly located to access all things in downtown Nashville. The building is very nice, and the suite was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress was pretty low quality and given how nice the rest of the suite was, I expected better.

The check in process was a bit of a disaster as i never got any emails from the management company and the lobby folks wont help you out. Key issues as well. But the place was awesome.

This is a private apartment rental. The suite was nice and clean, building was nice and clean. You are only able to enter/exit apartment and elevators etc with the phone app. So make sure your phone is charged and don’t loose it or you are not getting into the building or the apartment.

My two sisters and I took a trip to meet our brother. The property was great. We would’ve appreciated maybe a few bottles of water or a little information for where we could get a few supplies for our weekend. Also, we could’ve used information on how to use the elevator. Did not know we needed to put the phone app next to the button. Luckily a nice person came along and showed us. Not a big deal. Just thought it would be helpful for your next guests.

This place was in the perfect area walkable to everything. The place was very nice with a pool, hot tub, great gym. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get in earlier as stated, then when we called & emailed I didn’t hear back from them & had to wait an hour to get the code. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay! Within walking distance to most things you'd want to do in downtown Nashville. Wonderful accommodations and very clean. The only thing that could have been explained a little better before we arrived was the parking situation. Also there is no leasing office that we could find, but the concierge of the apartment building was able to answer questions we had when we arrived.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Global Luxury Suites in downtown Nashville, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the amazing attractions Nashville has to offer. P The suite itself was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry were fantastic additions, and the furnishings were both stylish and functional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We booked our stay to see Sabrina Carpenter, which was literally a three minute walk from Bridgestone Arena. I will never say anywhere else if I’m attending anything at the arena because it was the easiest and best place to stay the nightlife is unbeatable.

GREAT stay. Highly recommended. I was nervous with the reviews that mentioned difficulties with access. But it was completely fine. Download the Latch app one day prior to arrival when you get the email. Otherwise you’re fine. Incredible view. Beautiful 8th floor pool. Great location. Full living accommodations. Even 22 stories up, you can hear all of the bands below. So if you are a very light sleeper, I might recommend some earbuds. But it’s pretty minimal. Loved having all of the food options, nearby, including the famous Hattie B fried chicken. Highly recommend elixir, the coffee shop across the street. Felt very high-end. I wish there was a little bit more hot water, but I take long showers. Overall, highly recommended. Even as a solo female traveler. Working during the day remotely.

The location is superb!!! Upscale property at boulivard mall with a food hall & entertainment just a step outside of the lobby. Walkable to all the hotspots downtown without all the night noise at the building The apartment was spotless and the view was spectacular! Parking, the Latch app, which elevators and how the elevators work took a long time to figure out, but customer service stayed on the phone the whole time until I was in the apartment itself. I will stay w Global Luxury again.

Stop using digital check in.

Check in and digital keys were awful. I have a brand new iPhone, and the Latch app was incredibly glitchy. Made me late and cost me time nearly every time I left or came into the property. I’m 31 Very tech savvy, and I cannot recommend enough switching from the Latch app.

Great location. Steps away from the action always happening on Broadway. On one side is the Ryman Theatre and also across the street from the Bridgestone. The pool is great lots of seating for a day of relaxing. A few hiccups though. 1st is the door keys. The Property sends you an email with all the check in information which is good, if you actually receive it. I finally found mine in my Junk folder. The suite has wifi, but they forgot to include the sign in info in the check in information sent to us. But saying that, when I phoned the 1800 contact number they were always very helpful. It seemed everyone was experiencing trouble with the latch app (which you have to download and create an account) at the door and elevator that is in the strip mall. There was some street noise but you lower the blinds and it quiets the noise abit. If I ever went back to Nashville, I would not hesitate to stay again. Note: No negotiations on check in. It says 4 pm and they could not turn on the door codes via the latch app prior to that time. But there is comfortable seating in front of the concierge. PS Don’t ask them anything as we were told by the lady occupying the desk that they are only available to residents and not people that rent suites. So the “doorman” they say in the ad is non existent.

The views are amazing, location was perfect, the rooftop pool and lounge were the chef’s kiss. Checkout- There were no instructions besides the time you must leave.
