We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was clean, comfortable, and homey. It was within about 1/2 hour of everything we wanted to do and see. Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Great neighborhood, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Gretchen was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to questions! The house is so cute and comfortable. It was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can walk to several coffee shops which was nice. It’s also close to downtown Franklin. We brought our dogs and it worked out perfectly. There’s no fence around the yard but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We would absolutely stay again!! Great house!! Great host!! Highly recommend!

6 weeks of Bliss

I came to Franklin and stayed in the most charming cottage in a very desirable neighborhood that was only minutes from downtown Franklin! Would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Grand ole opry trip

Great place for us to stay. Convenient location and had most the things we needed. We had 4 woman traveling so we rotated in and out of the shower, it would have been nice to have more mirrors in places to do hair and make up

Nice place, quiet neighborhood.

We stayed a week in Franklin and enjoyed our time at the Cottage. The place is clean and had some good amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Neighbors were relatively friendly. The host was responsive and helped if there were questions. The Cottage is only about 8 minutes from downtown Franklin, 12 during ‘rush hour’. I worked each day from the Cottage that week and we had no issues with the WiFi and enjoyed all the windows and natural light. We have 2 dogs that came with us and the place was pet friendly, though I will say our dogs are doodles so it may not be as accommodating if your dogs shed. Nice place. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Franklin.

A very short drive to downtown Franklin.

Safe & quiet residential neighborhood. This is a duplex. Clean & spacious. Eclectic furnishings. 40 min drive to downtown Nashville.

Cute, convenient bungalow

We enjoyed our stay at the Franklin Cottage but I had a hard time giving it all 5 stars. Pros: * location was in a quite neighborhood, easy to get to with a couple of coffee shops and deli within walking distance. * Gretchen was responsive to inquiries * appreciated having coffee supplies on hand Cons: * my biggest complaint was the bed in one of the bedrooms seemed like the mattress was from the 70s. It was creaky and hard. No headboard, just a mattress on a box spring/frame. I ended up sleeping on the twin in the sun room. Still squeaky, but a little more comfortable. This is definitely not a luxurious property but certainly fine. Seemed to have the amenities one would need.

Our Stay Met and or beat our Expectations!!

As soon as I arrived I felt as if I was at home. The quaint little house was nestled on a quiet tree lined street. After a quick trip to a near by store we were ready relaxe and watch tv and settle in for the night. Thank you Gretchen!!

Nice quiet spot

We chose to stay in Franklin to have easy access to Nashville but not have to be in the heart of the city. Franklin is a darling city with a great downtown for food and shopping. This property was in a family friendly neighborhood and was very quiet and friendly. The duplex was very clean upon arrival and yard was fine for our dog but not fenced so we did need to keep her on a lead. Kitchen is small but adequate for a short stay. Furniture in living room was very comfortable as are the beds but they are on the firm side. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent communication from the host.

Clean and comfortable!

A nice little cottage feel close to everything in Franklin. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful hosts. Responsive, kind, and welcoming. The only downside is the traffic congestion around Franklin. Even short distances take a long time to drive. That is NOT the fault of the hosts. Just noting it for others visiting Franklin.

Wonderful home, just as pictured. Comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen. Pretty wooded yard. Gretchen was wonderful - great communication throughout the process and our stay.
