You are less than a mile away from everything downtown, onecity, germantown, Vanderbilt, salem town, arts district. It's all about the private house in a incredible location location location!! Great move in ready property in ideal location witin downtown. Get to everything Nashville has to offer in less than 5 minutes.

Conveniently located, spacious for 1-2
I had a great stay at this conveniently located property, however the listing photos are very out of date. The biggest room in the house is not pictured (behind the kitchen next to the side door), and the outside has been repainted from what is shown. Aley is a great owner, he is friendly and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
