This is a cute place and perfect for a couple visiting Nashville. Walking distance to Musicians Hall of Fame, Farmers Market, Tennessee State Museum, Bicentennial Park, and some great restaurants. We walked to Broadway several times but it is about 25-35 minutes so that may be an uber for some. There were plenty of towels which is always a plus for me :)

Such a cute space, everything you need and so private. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We walked everywhere during the day and would uber back at night. The nearby indoor daily farmers market was awesome for coffee or lunch. Comfy beds and couch. Clean.

Unit is well stocked to with kitchen items although we didn’t use them. Very kind to provide bottles of water and some Pringles snacks when checking in. Plenty of coffee cups for Keurig. Great place to stay just a mile from Broadway. Thanks Theo!

Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. A great place to rest after being out and about during the day. Clear communication from the host beforehand; all light switches and cabinets labeled (which seems small but was a big help!). I will be looking for this property again on our next trip.

Perfect place for visiting Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Very short and cheap Uber ride. We walked to Broadway a couple of times during the day but I recommend getting an Uber after walking all day on Broadway. It is close to all in downtown area. Very clean and just as described.

Wonderful, cozy cottage !

My husband and I stayed at this amazing VRBO, located conveniently in Nashville. From the moment we entered the property we were charmed... it was truly clean, well-appointed with comfortable bed and furniture, and just the right size for the two of us. All of our needs were met, and we recommend it highly !

Nice and comfortable

Good location, clean, comfy. There were 3 of us which was a bit of a squeeze but we made it work. We wish we'd brought more blankets and pillows but we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Apartment for a Nashville Trip

Myself, my 22 year old daughter, and her best friend stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is clean, stocked with appropriate lines, and the perfect size for 3 people. It was only an average of 7 to take a short ride using LYFT to Broadway. Walking distance to Nashville Farmers Market which was nice to check out one morning. The neighborhood and location felt very safe.The host responds quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nash!!

Great weekend getaway

This super cute and cozy property was perfect for our long weekend getaway to Nashville. It was very clean, quiet, well cared for, and had everything we needed to feel at home. We bought some groceries to make a couple meals so we didn’t have to eat out every single meal. Only recommendation for improvement would be to have a toaster-oven available due to the lack of oven. Not sure why that’s missing?Would be nice to have option to bake a pizza or some cookies but we made due without it, no problem. The property is a short uber ride downtown ranging anywhere from 7-14 depending on time of day, day of the week, and traffic. Downtown (to broadway) is not really walkable from here unless you’re willing to walk for about 45 mins with several hills up and down along the route. There is a driveway to park your car if you wish to rent your own car. The owner was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.
