Walking distance to many things! It's very easy to get an Uber or Lyft as well.

Owner was very easy to work with. Clean property, safe and very convenient neighborhood for all our Nashville sightseeing and activities. Restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Loads of young families in the immediate area, with well-maintained houses and yards and slow traffic.

This house worked very nicely for weekend gathering of family from various cities to Nashville to visit. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room to hang out in the evening together which we really enjoyed. The location was central to all of our plans and we even walked a short distance for breakfast. I will recommend this rental - thank you!

Really wonderful stay in the Nations!

We were visiting friends in Nashville and stayed at this gorgeous home. It was perfect all around-plenty of space, beds and bathrooms!! And the location was perfect-really close to a small and delicious bakery. We will definitely book again when we return to Nashville!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Convenient location. Clean. Spacious.

Our family of 6 and our two Shih poo pups booked for a chill. We chose the house bc of the fenced in back yard for the pups to enjoy. It was a convenient drive or Uber to any spots we wanted to check out, eg Broadway. But also there were restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. One of the kids is not yet 21. So after an early evening at restaurant, we played games and watched the Olympics at home w the pups. We had a great time together. Home has plenty of all comfort items: soaps, shampoos, dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, towels, blankets…you name it and we had it! I will only caution that a lot of the seating is showing wear & tear. And there could be another sofa or loveseat in the main living space. There’s only one sofa and we were always jockeying to be on it.

Fantasy Nashville Home

The home is just beautiful! The master suite on the first floor was perfect-had a great family vacation for a special birthday celebration. Quiet area, yet close to great eats and more! The owner was quick to reply with a minor question. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Perfect place for visiting Nashville!

We had a great stay in this very comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was ideal for driving to downtown Nashville, restaurants, and the Belle Meade Winery. The fenced backyard was a bonus and we enjoyed walking our dogs nearby. We hope to be back for another visit in the fall!

Perfect family retreat for wedding week in Nashville

This place was amazing! We stayed here for the week of our son's wedding. It was quiet, adorable, and perfect for entertaining friends and family as they rolled into town. The place had everything we needed and was delightful. Location in the Nations was great: a nice walk to Hattie B's, Frothy Monkey, Red Bicycle and Coco's Italian. The place was great for being able to work remote for the week as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality. It was exactly what we wanted!

Graduation celebration

The house is in a charming neighborhood and is thoughtfully equipped for a good sized group to have privacy and also gathering space. There were 4 of us staying overnight plus my daughter spending time at the property while my Mom, sister and brother-in-law and I were all in Nashville to celebrate her graduation from college. The decor is eclectic and fun. Bathrooms and kitchen are generous and nicely updated. The porch swing was lovely on a spring morning. Nearby Brightside Bakeshop is a must!

Cute house with lots of space and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the house for a bachelorette trip! The house is super cute and well decorated, the bedroom arrangements were perfect for our group of 6, and we really enjoyed the spacious living and kitchen areas where we spent a lot of time hanging out as a group. The neighborhood is nice and walkable to a couple of breweries/coffee shops which was nice and also just a short Uber/car ride to all of the Nashville hot spots like Broadway and The Gulch. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating which we really appreciated!

Great location in quiet safe neighborhood. Floor plan of home accommodated my husband and I and our grown children. Great backyard for our dog. Easy access to freeway and other neighborhoods in the city. Would definitely stay here again!
