Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortable sleeps up to 12 quest and is perfect for families, friend, sports teams, or MTSU visitors. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens, and ample storage for your stay. The home features 3.5 bathrooms, making it easy for larger groups to get ready each day.

This is a two story home features a spacious primary suite with a king-size bed conveniently located on the main level, making it an excellent option for guest who prefer to avoid stairs. The front entrance has just one step, providing easy access to the main floor and its amenities.

Traveling with little ones? We've tried to make your stay as easy as possible. Our home is stocked with family-friendly amenities so you can pack a little lighter. In the primary closet, you'll find a Pack 'n Play and a baby monitor (sound only) for your convenience. Elementary age children will love the two hideouts in the kids bedroom while the teens and adults will enjoy the entertainment room.

Outside, kids will love the backyard playhouse and child-sized picnic table giving them a space of their own to play while adults relax in the covered patio. The fully fenced backyard provides extra peace of mind for families.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked.We especially loved the screened-in patio and fenced-in yard for the pups! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio, especially in the evenings. It was definitely one of our favorite spots.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bathrooms were well stocked, and there were lots of games to enjoy. The host was wonderful to communicate with—responsive, and very helpful—which made everything about our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was also incredibly convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and MTSU all nearby. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! This home was perfect for our group, it gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.It was very hot during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the covered patio as much as we had hoped, but we really appreciated having a fan out there in the mornings. Also, every bedroom was equipped with a fan which made the stay even better. Most of our crew sleep at night with a fan so it was nice to see they were available in every room. The air-conditioning worked wonderfully in this southern heat and humidity. It was always a comfortable temperature inside.
