This beautiful newly renovated 1900sqft mid-century home is ideal for groups of 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in laid-back and friendly historic Gallatin. Ideal for a group of friends or families who want to explore the area or have fun in Nashville or the surrounding area. Close to great restaurants, Gallatin’s Historic District, and corporate complexes. Right down the street from downtown and triple creek park and municipal park.

The space
Home features an open floor plan that accommodates the kitchen, living room, and dining room, making it great for groups looking to spend time together. The living room offers a gas fireplace, cable tv, and high-speed internet throughout the house. Equipped kitchen with basic kitchenware for cooking and baking. The master suite features a plush King Size bed with luxurious linens, complete with its own bathroom. The three guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side with two offering full beds and one offering a queen.

We have a wonderful front porch to enjoy the early evening fireflies and a spacious backyard with BBQ and firepit for grilling time with family and friends.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. Pull your cars off the street and into the carport, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. Our home is connected with an electronic lock with a code provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all surfaces of our home, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. Linens and towels are laundered before each booking.

Please note, we have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking of any kind, inside our home.

Our overall impression was very positive. The living and sleeping space were ample for our needs and well represented in the listing. The bathroom for each bedroom was a well appreciated bonus. You don't find that very often, and it really came in handy as we were all getting ready for the day. Kitchen appeared to be well appointed but we either ordered in, or ate off property. Beds were comfy. On site laundry was nice to have "just in case". Sizeable back yard and covered porch to gather in if wanted. Location was central to everything and everyone we needed it to be. Minor negatives that would not affect us renting this property again: Though well labeled, lighting was tricky at times. TV in master bedroom did not work, or we couldn't get it to work. Coffee grounds in full size coffee maker looked like they had inadvertently been left there for a while. We had a 1 yo crawler with us, and he was pretty dirty after crawling for a while. None of these issues were such that we felt we needed to contact the property owner, and is not mentioned to reflect negatively on them or the property. Based on other communication with the property owner, I'm sure these items would have been addressed had we requested they be. Check in and entry to the property couldn't have been smoother. We have family in Gallatin, and will definitely keep this place in mind when the rest of our family gets together with them. It was a great space that I would recommend.

Peaceful, Spacious, and Well-Stocked

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, spacious, well laid out, and had everything we needed during our trip for a softball tournament. Having three showers was amazing, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The home was so well stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and more — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. We also really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was; it offered a nice break from the busier towns like Hendersonville. Just a small suggestion for the future: adding an ice cream scooper to the kitchen would be a great touch. Overall, we loved the home and would definitely stay again!

Welch College Graduation

We were in town for our son’s graduation and grandparents were with us so we decided to look for Vrbo instead of hotel. This was such a good choice. We had so much room and the house is in a nice neighborhood. Everything about it was great!!

Perfect Gathering Place

We had family from 3 different states come together for a short stay, and it was the perfect place for it! Just a short 35-40 minutes from the action of Nashville but all the conveniences right there local too. The shops on Main St downtown were great, and the street fair going on that weekend just made it that much better. And the best part is everyone had their own space to retreat to inside the house and with so many bathrooms, we hardly had to share those either! It was so awesome, we’re talking about making it an annual or bi-annual event in the same house. Can’t wait to share more recipes next time!

Great spot

This house was perfect for what we needed, for a wide age range of adults from 24 to 93. The location was also perfect for a wedding venue that was 10 minutes away. The hosts were easy to communicate with. It was a nice quiet neighborhood which was fine for us. We sat out on their little deck out back quite a bit.

We booked without realizing Gallatin is a separate town, but it worked out. The place was clean and comfortable for us while there. We liked the newness of the rooms, laundry machines and coffee pots. All worked really well. It was very well organized. Three items were noted 1) ladybugs were in the master suite bathroom, 2) king bed was too high for the guest. She had to pull up a chair to get into the bed, and 3) the master bathroom floor didn't seem clean to her. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you
