Beautiful Home! Lots of space to spread out

We loved our stay! There were plenty of beds for 14 people. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of seating and places to hang out. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner a few times and it was very well stocked. We did run out of toilet paper on day three out of seven and had to run and get some but other than that no complaints!

Perfect for large parties

This was an awesome stay for my best friends bachelorette party! We had the best time and the space is perfect for a large group of people! It was in a nice area, and only about a half hour drive into Nashville! It was perfect for us, I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Perfect for large groups

We had 10 people, 8 adults and 2 children and we never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space and the kids loved the games. We were very busy and it provided a restful space to unwind after a full day of wedding activities. Highly recommend!

Family time

Everything was great and the house had all of the amenities that we could ask for ! Kids loved the PAC Man and the game table !!! Great addition for a family setting ….and the fire pit !!! Only suggestion ….new towels .

Nashville Family Reunion

This was a fantastic place to stay. We were about 40 minutes from activities (zoo, waterpark, children's museum, splash pad, downtown Nashville, etc.) but close to grocery shopping. We had plenty of space for our kids and their families. We highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Lovely home and great stay

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this lovely, spacious and well maintained home. Our hosts anticipated all of our needs and made our experience seamless. We were able to focus on our vacation activities and time together without any concerns about our lodgings, and we are so grateful! Highly recommend.

Lovely home in suburban Nashville

Perfect place for a friends get-away. The home has a great layout, lots of games for kids and is conveniently located 5 min from downtown Hendersonville and 25 min. from Nashville. The homeowner is also super responsive and kind. Two thumbs up!

Good for large group

This rental worked really well for our large group. The upstairs and downstairs both had plenty of space for everyone to hangout together. There was some noticable wear and tear around the house but nothing that took away from the experience. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the large yard was great for outside activities. The owner was very responsive and there was good communication leading up to and during the trip.

Home away from Home

This beautiful home away from home was the perfect place for a family gathering. It gave us plenty of space to hang out together yet if we needed a break space to retreat to. The management team was great with communications and we also got to meet the owners which was super sweet. I would highly highly recommend this home. Thank you to everyone at Victor's Villa for providing us an amazing home away from home.

Great Get Away, Beautiful Property

We came to Nashville for the music and stayed at this beautiful home on equally beautiful grounds. Plenty of room for adults and kids alike. Just far enough from the chaos of the city to feel like a retreat.

We stayed for a wedding at Lighthouse on the Lake and were pleased with the easy access to that venue. The house is full of light from many windows and skylights. Rooms are large and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The views are great. We saw deer. Kids enjoyed foosball and Pac-man.

This house was great for our big family. There were five big bedrooms, a fenced in yard and plenty of parking. Large couches could seat us all. Very clean. Nice and roomy.

Stressful&disorganized/Beautiful home&beautiful view

I was in a wedding in Nashville & needed to be close.Communication:poor/unprofessional.I requested an early check in months prior when I booked the location.I was led in circles then told No since the house was rented out for the day prior (Check ins at 4 check outs at 10) I had booked/paid in full months before this person did..They then led me on to believe that It would be possible.My group was about 10 people from all over.When I arrived in Nashville I asked about the early check in again,they told me that the cleaners were still cleaning,then they claimed they could not get in touch with the cleaners,then 2pm,then 4pm..(8 cleaners took 6 hours to clean the house)We arrived at 4pm.The dishwasher was full of DIRTY dishes.The rooms were not as described,beds were missing/moved around.The bathrooms were not stocked..There were no paper towels,no sponge to wash dishes,no dish soap.no hot water.The fireplace is just for decoration,the garage is not accessible.They have a notice stating that if you don't strip all sheets from beds(11beds),wash the dishes, pick up & take out the trash,gather all bath towels, empty the fridge,we would be subject to a fine..What is the high cleaning fee for?(I was laughed at by the host via text when I asked for a partial refund)No late check out.I had to stay longer to complete those tasks,was rushed and told to get out and hurry up by the cleaners after they pulled up in two cars behind us at 10:05! Also, FLEAS found on a majority of guest.

Family Vacation

held our family vacation here. The house was plenty roomy and everything was clean and well maintained, (except for the stairway carpet. Very stained) Very nice house for what we needed.
