This property was much more ‘rustic’ than we found comfortable. The apt. is attached to host house and there were piles of stones, wood, old tools, etc all around the outside of the house. This home sits right in the center of a sub division. Inside was dust free. There is a coffee pot, microwave, tiny little fridge and plates, cups, utensils. No full or sub kitchen. Porch swing looks out at others homes Bed had only sheets, and a blanket pillows. Darks inside and had a musty smell. Brand new bathroom and shower. In property photos it looks like a river running behind the house with the little table and chairs outside. It is A ROAD, not a river!! River access is 8 miles away. Host was sweet but didn’t see (or smell) what we pointed out as concerns. So she really didn’t work it out with us. We went and got a hotel for the weekend. VRBO wasn’t much help either. Thank goodness we had purchased the insurance !

We had a wonderful stay! The space is beautifully decorated making it feel very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Bed and pillows were comfy. Nice and quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located near everything! 10/10 would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again anytime we visit Nashville!!

Exactly as described. We Ubered to and from Broadway and it was as a 14 min drive. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. I managed to lock myself out and the host was able to assist immediately. Will definitely book again if we are ever back in the area!

This is such a cute and unique little space. It was clean, welcoming, and warm. We enjoyed our stay! She also allowed us to check in early after our travels. On a side note, we were a little surprised to find that the room is attached to the home leaving you in close quarters with the host. The only concerning part of this was not wanting to disrupt the host during our start.
